This website is operated by Walley Power Systems LLC, doing business as Gen-Man Generators.  We are a licensed electrical contractor and Generac dealer based in Arab, Alabama.  Our website address is genmangenerators.com.

What Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

• Submit the contact form on our website
• Submit the quote request form on our website
• Call or email us directly

Information collected through our forms may include your name, phone number, email address, city and county, and details about your generator project.  We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry or quote request
• Schedule a home or property evaluation
• Communicate about your generator project

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site.  It sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the type of device and browser you are using, the approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site or search that referred you.

We use this to see which pages are useful and where people are looking for us, not to identify you personally.  We do not sell this information, and we do not combine it with the name, phone number or email address you give us on a form.

You can opt out at any time.  Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics collecting data entirely: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking these cookies does not affect any part of the site.

The Chat Assistant

The chat assistant on this site answers from a fixed set of approved answers written by Gen-Man.  Your messages are not sent to any outside AI service.  Conversations are logged so we can see which questions the assistant handled poorly and write better answers, and phone numbers and email addresses are removed from those logs before they are stored.

If you ask the assistant to have someone call you, the name and contact details you give are stored as an enquiry and sent to our office, exactly as if you had used the contact form.

Data Storage

Form submissions are stored on our web server and transmitted to our business email.  We retain this information for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and for standard business record-keeping purposes.
